Refund policy

At Priestess®, we hope every formula becomes a trusted part of your ritual. If for any reason it does not align with your expectations, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@bypriestess.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a prepaid return label (UK only).

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Depending on your bank, this may take an additional 5–10 working days to appear.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or compromised in quality, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene and consumer safety, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Any product that has been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to try a different item, we kindly ask that you return the original for a refund and place a new order.

We believe returns should be handled with the same clarity and care as every part of the Priestess® experience.
